Sarah Palin 's Facebook Post On John Brennan "It’s War, Not A Crime Spree" A Must Read.

Posted on 12:22 AM by Unknown

It’s War, not a Crime Spree

by Sarah Palin on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at 12:39pm ·
President Obama’s meeting with his top national security advisers does nothing to change the fact that his fundamental approach to terrorism is fatally flawed. We are at war with radical Islamic extremists and treating this threat as a law enforcement issue is dangerous for our nation’s security. That’s what happened in the 1990s and we saw the result on September 11, 2001. This is a war on terror not an “overseas contingency operation.” Acts of terrorism are just that, not “man caused disasters.” The system did not work. Abdulmutallab was a child of privilege radicalized and trained by organized jihadists, not an “isolated extremist” who traveled to a land of “crushing poverty.” He is an enemy of the United States, not just another criminal defendant.

It simply makes no sense to treat an al Qaeda-trained operative willing to die in the course of massacring hundreds of people as a common criminal. Reports indicate that Abdulmutallab stated there were many more like him in Yemen but that he stopped talking once he was read his Miranda rights. President Obama’s advisers lamely claim Abdulmutallab might be willing to agree to a plea bargain – pretty doubtful you can cut a deal with a suicide bomber. John Brennan, the President’s top counterterrorism adviser, bizarrely claimed “there are no downsides or upsides” to treating terrorists as enemy combatants. That is absurd. There is a very serious downside to treating them as criminals: terrorists invoke their “right” to remain silent and stop talking. Terrorists don’t tell us where they were trained, what they were trained in, who they were trained by, and who they were trained with. Giving foreign-born, foreign-trained terrorists the right to remain silent does nothing to keep Americans safe from terrorist threats. It only gives our enemies access to courtrooms where they can publicly grandstand, and to defense attorneys who can manipulate the legal process to gain access to classified information.

President Obama was right to change his policy and decide to send no more detainees to Yemen where they can be free to rejoin their war on America. Now he must back off his reckless plan to close Guantanamo, begin treating terrorists as wartime enemies not suspects alleged to have committed crimes, and recognize that the real nature of the terrorist threat requires a commander-in-chief, not a constitutional law professor.

Parents of Baby Joseph to be Honored With First Terri Schiavo Life & Hope Award

February 7, 2013 – The Terri Schiavo Life & Hope Network is delighted to announce that Moe & Sana Maraachli will receive the 2013 Terri Schiavo Life & Hope Award at the first Terri Schiavo Life & Hope Network Award Gala on Friday, April 5, in Philadelphia.
In 2011, an international controversy erupted over Joseph Maraachli (Baby Joseph) after Canadian physicians refused to perform a tracheotomy, calling the procedure invasive and futile. This would have ultimately led to Joseph’s imposed death.
The Maraachlis courageously fought to have Joseph, who was diagnosed with a neurologic disorder called Leigh’s disease, transferred to the United States, contending that a tracheotomy would extend his life and allow him to die at home. After several months and efforts by hundreds of thousands of supporters, Joseph was transferred to a Catholic hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, where his parents secured the procedure to extend his life for several months, until he died on Tuesday, September 27, 2011, at home.
“We honor and celebrate the Maraachlis, a very humble and private family who bravely defended the life of their son at his weakest hour. Instead of allowing physicians to impose what they insisted was best for Joseph—death—his parents passionately fought for their child’s precious gift of life,” said Bobby Schindler, Executive Director of the Terri Schiavo Life & Hope Network. “May God bless them for their courage.”
The honor will be awarded during the organization’s 2013 Terri Schiavo Life & Hope Network Gala held at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown on Friday, April 5. We are honored that Governor Sarah Palin will deliver the keynote address. The gala follows a public mass, celebrated by His Excellency Archbishop Charles Chaput at 5pm at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul in Philadelphia.

2016 Presidential Poll has Palin Tied With Bush, Ahead Of Jindal And One Point Behind Ryan

Posted on 5:46 PM by Unknown
For all the talk-from the leftist media of course-about Sarah Palin being finished when the people that matter, the GOP rank and file, are consulted, a different picture emerges
of course.

PPP Polling (D) released their poll of Alaskan voters preferences for the 2016 presidential nomination and
Palin is tied with the GOP establishment's Bush, ahead of much touted Jindal, one point behind Paul Ryan and two behind Christie-effectively tied with these supposed font runners.

Flavor of the month and Time magazine "saviour of the GOP Rubio is of course the front runner but at 15% he is not out of reach and has yet to be subject to the leftist blowtorch-we shall see what happens to him when that happens.

Huckabee won't run and there is every chance that his conservative, evangelical voters would go to Palin, possibly in a large degree but surely enough to make her even more competitive. I have little doubt that if Palin had indicated that she would run then her poll rating would be much higher, and, as it stands, possibly enough voters think that she won't so did not consider her for this poll.

As for Palin's overall favorability rating it is grossly distorted by the Dem's obvious hate for her with 87% giving her an unfavorable rating. But who cares, Dem's won't determine who the GOP nominee is. For a more realistic,GOP related view, palin's rating amongst "very conservative" voters is 71% and "somewhat conservative" voters it is 50%.

Again, if Palin declares I would be very confident that her poll ratings would put her at or near the top of the rank and file preferences and if Huckabee does not run she would have every chance of winning Iowa and South Carolina primary campaigns. The recent Harper Poll AT THIS LINK mirrors some of the statistics as well. PPP poll is

Post Skeet Shooting:Palin On A Horse At Reagan Ranch/Obama On A Bicycle. One Is A Picture Of A Leader,One A Metrosexual

Posted on 1:40 PM by Unknown

After the President Obama skeet shooting picture no one is allowed to Photoshop here are some previous images which preclude any photo shopping requirements.

************************************

Palin On A Horse At Reagan Ranch/Obama On A Bicycle. One Is A Picture Of A Leader, One A Metroxexual

This photograph of Sarah Palin at the Reagan ranch where she delivered the opening address celebration for the 100 years since Reagan’s birth event speaks volumes.
It is “Reaganesque and must bring a lump to the throat of those who remember Ronnie fondly as they see what looks to many as his heir in a frame so similar to what they knew as pure “Reagan”.
It cries “leadership”. The other photograph speaks for itself. All those on the left who are slobbering over the thought of Palin being the GOP candidate and being “destroyed” by Obama should look at these pictures and have another think on the matter.
With thanks to Texas4Palin for the photograph and the inspiration. For the full background story on Palin’s sojourn at the ranch read the delighful portait by Sheya at Conservatives 4Palin.
EDITOR’S NOTE:  According to the Urban Dictionary, a metroxexual is someone from the urban jungle or someone who doesn’t have the skills to survive outside an urban neighborhood.

"Todd and Sarah Palin: R.I.P. Chris Kyle" And Left Responds Even To This Sincere Sympathy With Hateful Comments

Posted on 12:02 AM by Unknown

Todd and Sarah Palin: R.I.P. Chris Kyle

Posted on Facebook after news broke of the killing of Chris Kyle, apparently by a combat veteran (suffering from PTSD) whom Chris was trying to help:
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and many friends of former Navy SEAL Chris Kyle tonight. Todd and I first met Chris in Pella, Iowa, when he helped out with security for the premiere of the film “The Undefeated.” And later we became friends with Chris when he was on “Stars Earn Stripes” with Todd. Chris was a wonderful man, a good friend, and a true American hero who loved our country and served honorably. He was loved and admired by so many, and he will never be forgotten.

And this is how the left responds:

And here's more hate in death
    Claudia, Houston, Tx

What about Gabby Giffords, Palin never made any headline statement about her nor did anyone in her family, in fact they only expressed they were the ones feeling threatened.

    a little sad
    catheryn
"Anything to keep her name in the news, but on the other hand she has a right to post what ever she choice" and I am glad she did tell the family and friend's of this brave former soldier and the other man family and friend's her compassion and love. every time I get ready to say she is all about her self, she some time go and prove me wrong, I am woman enough to admit when I am wrong."
You're joking, right? She is trying to seem relevant by co-opting the death of a brave veteran. This isn't a new low, but it is completely consistent with the usual sewer she swims in.

Harper Poll; If Gov.Parnell Doesn't Run Palin Is The Republican's Choice For 2014 Alaskan Senate Seat

Posted on 2:31 PM by Unknown
The latest Harper's Poll looking at the upcoming 2014 race for the senate seat from Alaska currently held by Democrat Mark Begich finds Sarah Palin the GOP's choice to represent the party if current Governor Sean Parnell doesn't choose to run and even if he did she is only less than 5 points behind him at this stage.

Palin also has the highest favourables apart from Parnell amongst Republicans 56% to 38% and all voters as a GOP person. Her unfavorables are high because, of course, when Dem's are asked about her they hate her with the violence of 1000 suns.

In a head to head with Begich, Palin is well within striking distance at 6.27 points behind and that is of course before any campaigning commences. For Palin to choose to run would be a brave decision as if she lost, either in a primary or in the general election any future run for office and would be most likely precluded and her influence elsewhere would be diminished. This is explored in detail AT THIS LINK

Her are the Harper Poll findings from The Argo Journal

  • Sarah Palin 26.65%
  • Mead Treadwell 14.33%
  • Joe Miller 12.32%
  • Not sure 15.19%
Survey of 1,157 likely voters was conducted January 29-30, 2013.  The margin of error is +/- 2.88 percentage points.  Party ID: 30.94% Republican; 14.95% Democrat; 54.11% Other.  Ideology: 32.93% Somewhat conservative; 32.32% Moderate; 21.26% Very conservative; 10.89% Liberal.  Click here to view crosstabs.
Inside the numbers:
In head-to-head matchups against Democratic Senator Mark Begich, Parnell is the only Republican who starts out with a lead (Parnell 46%, Begich 40%). Parnell’s strength is among younger voters 18-to-35 and 36-to-45 years old who pick Parnell 43%-38% and 51%-36% respectively.
Parnell leads among Taxes & Spending voters (52%-37%), National Debt voters (70%-17%) and Oil & Natural Gas voters (49%-37%) while Begich leads with Health Care voters (66%-19%) and Economy voters (45%-41%). The two are tied among Jobs voters (41%-41%).
Palin trails Begich 40%-47%. Palin wins among Men (46%-42%) but trails Begich with Women (51%-36%). Begich enjoys stronger support among Democrats (90%) than Palin does among Republicans (68%). Independent and third party voters prefer Begich (52%-34%).
Joe Miller is the only candidate who lets Begich get above 50% on the ballot. Miller’s weakness in a general election results from his failure to win Somewhat Conservative voters. While Parnell (64%-20%), Palin (54%-31%) and Treadwell (45%-30%) beat Begich with these voters, Miller trails 38%-39%.
In a GOP Senate primary, Republicans who consider themselves “Very Conservative” give Palin the edge over Parnell 26%-25%. Parnell’s strength is fueled by “Somewhat Conservative” voters who pick him over Palin 39%-25%.
Palin’s standing is not the result of her being unpopular with Alaska Republicans. Fifty-six percent of Republicans hold a favorable opinion of her, while 38% say unfavorable. The problem for Palin is that Sean Parnell has a 74% favorable image with Republicans, 16% say unfavorable.
Joe Miller has a net -9% unfavorable image rating (36%-47%) with Republicans. Mead Treadwell boasts a solid 42% favorable, 19% unfavorable image among Republicans.
