Sarah Palin Guest Speaker At Ag PhD Field Day Baltic, South Dakota 7-25-13 UPDATE;Palin will be on radio
Posted on 12:06 AM by Unknown
Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin today posted this Status Update on Facebook:
I’m so looking forward to joining hard working farmers in America’s heartland this week at the Ag PhD Field Day in South Dakota. It’s an honor to get to travel with my entourage (er, that would be Piper) to be with those who are feeding the nation.

Josh Painter explains what AG_PHD is:
What is an Ag field day? It's like a convention for farmers, except it is not held at a posh hotel in a large city. Instead, Ag field days take place on actual working farms. In this case the farm is the 2500 acre operation owned by Brian and Darren Hefty of South Dakota, where farmers will congregate to learn more about how to raise better crops, hear from a host of expert guest speakers, see new technologies in the field, participate in hands-on demonstrations, and visit with their counterparts from around the country.
The Hefty Brothers, both graduates of South Dakota State University, are among the new breed of smart farmers whom other farmers listen to when they speak. As hosts of the Ag PhD show, which is viewed across the nation on RFD TV, and Ag PhD Radio, which is heard on 41 stations in four Midwestern states, they have an audience of thousands of their fellow farmers. The brothers also own the Hefty Seed Company, which has stores in eight states and sells Hefty's own brand of soybean seed hybrids and crop protection products.
The brothers' annual Ag Field Day is a pretty big deal in the Midwestern agricultural community. Last year's event drew farmers from 24 U.S. states and 2 Canadian provinces. Farmers work long days and take few vacations, so events like this afford them a rare oppoprtunity to meet face to face and compare notes on how to get the best yield from their crops. In the 21st century, information is the most valuable commodity for modern farmers. Brian and Darren Hefty figured this out years ago, and their combined knowledge has made them successful in the world of agribusiness. The Ag PhD slogan, "Information for Agriculture," sums it all up. And, speaking of information, more details about this event can be found on the AG PhD website.

Ag PhD Field Day
We invite you to join us for a free Ag PhD Field Day on our farm near Baltic, SD on Thursday, July 25th! Our goal with the Field Day is to create a one-day event where you can learn more about how to raise better crops by hearing from a host of expert guest speakers, seeing new technologies in the field, participating in hands-on demonstrations, and visiting with other top farmers from around the country. I know you are busy. My calendar is always full, too, but we are hoping you will block out just one day this summer to come and visit us. Even if you have attended our Field Day in the past, you won’t want to miss this one as I believe we have our best lineup of speakers including Sarah Palin, our best field trial comparisons, more displays than ever before, and a number of unique things you won’t see elsewhere.
We have several air conditioned tents, as well as a new air conditioned shed and other sheds on the field day site, so we are prepared for the elements – of course, we’re praying for a beautiful day. We will again have trams and golf carts available if you need those services. Lunch, supper, snacks, and drinks will be provided at no charge throughout the day.
We believe our Ag PhD Field Day will again be the largest private farm field day in the Midwest in 2013; but more importantly, we hope it will be the most educational and entertaining for you. Last year, we had farmers from 24 different U.S. states and 2 Canadian provinces; so, if nothing else, if you just talk to farmers all day, you ought to get a pretty good idea what the crop is like everywhere else, and you’ll learn more about what other successful farmers are doing in their operations to get ahead.
Please click here for discount lodging options. We hope to see you on Thursday, July 25th!!
We will also have Sanford Health on site to do various health screenings.
The Heart Screen ™
Heart disease is the No. 1 cause of death in American, even though it is 80 percent preventable. Through the Heart Screen, our team of experts can identify your risks. The cost of the screen is $50.
The Heart Screen at Sanford includes:
- CT Calcium Score
- EKG
- Cholesterol (non-fasting)
- Blood pressure
- Body Mass Index
- Framingham Score
Lung Cancer Screen
Lung cancer is the number one cause of cancer related death in American, killing more people than all other forms of cancer combined. Through advanced, low-dose CT technology, our team can detect many forms of lung disease, including lung cancer. The cost is $25.

Ridiculed By Left,Palin's Putin Warning Comes Home To Roost
Posted on 10:22 PM by Unknown
From Yahoo today; "Unprecedented since Soviet era"
"Orwell Today" (LINK) summed up what Sarah palin ACTUALLY said about Putin and Russia in 2008 and summarised the hysterical leftist attack on her. Palin was ridiculed and lampooned and grossly misquoted at a time when the left was in a panic after Palin's VP nomination speech shook up the race and the polls.
An unprecedented campaign of vilification and slander against her was developed by the Democrats and their enablers in the media..
Here, five years later is the reality that Palin warned against-but which the left was happy to ignore in their endeavours to elect Barack Obama. Lets hope that Palin's prescience eventually wins the political day in America before the ignorant, biased and naive "progressives' make America a third rate power after China and Russia.
Russia holds biggest war games in decades
"MOSCOW (AP) — President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday watched Russia's biggest military maneuvers since Soviet times, involving 160,000 troops and about 5,000 tanks across Siberia and the far eastern region in a massive show of the nation's resurgent military might""Orwell Today" (LINK) summed up what Sarah palin ACTUALLY said about Putin and Russia in 2008 and summarised the hysterical leftist attack on her. "They're our next-door neighbors
and you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska --
from an island in Alaska."
PALIN RIGHT ON RUSSIA
"Alaska has a very narrow maritime border between a foreign country, Russia,
and on our other side the land boundary that we have with Canada....
It certainly enhances my foreign policy credentials.
It is very important when you consider even national security issues with Russia.
As Putin rears his head
and comes into the air space of the United States of America,
where do they go?
It's Alaska. It is just right over the border.
It is from Alaska that we send those out to make sure
that an eye is being kept
on this very powerful nation, Russia,
because they are right there,
next to our state."

Above are the actual words that Sarah Palin used in two televised interviews, the first one on September 11, 2008 where ABC's Charles Gibson alluded to McCain's recent statement that Alaska's proximity to Russia lent Palin some expertise on that nation, and asked her to explain; and the second one on September 22 when CBS's Katie Couric mockingly asked the question again to which Palin explained further.
On the Saturdays following both interviews, the "Saturday Night Live" comedian Tina Fey impersonated Palin, twisting her words to get laughs, and all the major networks have been replaying that skit with photos of the real Sarah Palin in split-screen, sometimes superimposing Palin's voice coming out of Fey's mouth in an extremely mocking way.
The most oft-repeated spoof and twist of Palin's words is the Fey line: "I can see Alaska from my house."
As can be seen in the transcript above, Palin never did say that. What she really said was: "You can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska - from an island in Alaska."
But the Tina Fey spoof clips have been shown to the public MORE than the actual words that Palin spoke, with the end result being that the vast majority of people know only the mock version of Palin, and not the real Palin.
Now, with that background in mind, flash forward to this week when Sarah Palin's father, Chuck Heath, was interviewed at home in Alaska by Harry Smith from CBS.
The camera follows Heath as he takes Smith on a tour of the inside of their Wasilla house. When they come to a wall of photographs, including one of Sarah in the Miss Alaska beauty pageant in 1984 (a year close to my heart) Sarah's father comments on the spoof, mimicking Fey's line: "I can see Russia from my house".
Then he points to a photo of himself on an island in Alaska from which Russia can be seen two-and-a-half miles away giving credence to what Sarah said exactly.
I noticed, in the very quick glimpse we got of the photo before the camera shifted and the topic was changed, that there was snow on the ground covered in blood(probably they were hunting and had gutted the prey there) which I thought was symbolic - ie a message to Russia as to what would happen to them should they venture uninvited onto Alaskan land.
Obviously, Palin's father takes the proximinity of Russia to Alaska very seriously. But I guess that's to be expected from a grizzly bear hunter and professional rat killer!
In her debut speech as vice-presidential candidate at the Republican Convention Palin said that Russia could be dangerous if America wasn't self-sufficient in energy:
"...I fought to bring about the largest private-sector infrastructure project in North American history. And when that deal was struck, we began a nearly forty billion dollar natural gas pipeline to help lead America to energy independence. That pipeline, when the last section is laid and its valves are opened, will lead America one step farther away from dependence on dangerous foreign powers that do not have our interests at heart. The stakes for our nation could not be higher.
When a hurricane strikes in the Gulf of Mexico, this country should not be so dependent on imported oil that we are forced to draw from our Strategic Petroleum Reserve. And families cannot throw away more and more of their paychecks on gas and heating oil. With Russia wanting to control a vital pipeline in the Caucasus, and to divide and intimidate our European allies by using energy as a weapon, we cannot leave ourselves at the mercy of foreign suppliers.... To confront the threat that Iran might seek to cut off nearly a fifth of world energy supplies ... or that terrorists might strike again at the Abqaiq facility in Saudi Arabia ... or that Venezuela might shut off its oil deliveries ... we Americans need to produce more of our own oil and gas. And take it from a gal who knows the North Slope of Alaska: we've got lots of both...."

Begich Sows the Wind With Palin Attack And Reaps The Whirlwind
Posted on 2:17 PM by Unknown
The leftist media has decided that Palin's advice that under certain circumstances she could run for Senator from Alaska is just a publicity stunt. Palin on the other hand has gone-nuclear at Begich as these Facebook images/text show (with thanks to Conservatives4Palin)
No wonder Begich attacked Palin as he clearly recognized the electoral threat she would pose to his re-election attempt. If he is up against the sort of campaign Palin could unleash his life would be hell.
Begich has sewn the wind by his ill-advised attack on Palin he has reaped the whirlwind.

Update by Stacy: Governor Palin also added this infographic about Begich’s record to her Facebook page earlier today:

Governor Palin Hits Begich’s Voting Record – Updated

Really, Mark? Really?Margaret Thatcher used to say, “I always cheer up immensely if an attack is particularly wounding because I think, well, if they attack one personally, it means they have not a single political argument left.” So, thank you, Mark Begich, for making me and others exceptionally cheery today! Mark, after looking at your voting record I can see why you are looking for a distraction. You have voted FOR Obamacare, FOR massive tax increases, FOR carbon taxes which could cost Alaskans 21,000 jobs, AGAINST pro-life legislation, and there’s so much more. You even flip-flopped to oppose the nation’s balanced budget amendment. You agree with, and vote with, ultra-liberal Senators Chuck Schumer and Harry Reid approximately 90% of the time. Mark, you recently said, “Alaskans pick who they want based on what’s good for Alaska.” Couldn’t agree more, Mark, which is why many hope to see great changes for our great state following the upcoming 2014 election. In the meantime, we suppose we’ll see much more playing of the ol’ Washington political game using those inside D.C. reporters each time you have to distract from yet another bad vote for Alaska in the U.S. Senate. It cheers us up and gives us good opportunity to remind Alaskans just how loyal to the Obama agenda you have been.- Sarah Palin

Alaskan Chameleon (an endangered species)…
In January "Immoral Minority" Maniacs And M Baker Said Palin "Would Be Dead In 6 Months"
Posted on 12:58 PM by Unknown
Looks very much alive to me
When images were shown of Sarah Palin in Hollywood last January looking thin (she is a mega-runner of course) the haters/maniacs/obsessed/possessed/jealous/ugly/ and just plain mad commentators at the Palin hate site "Immoral Minority" exceeded any level of previous vitriol they spewed in the past about Palin.
Their "comments" if such gibberish can be called such, advised Palin was suffering from the effects of a nervous breakdown, of drugs of-well anything such fevered imaginations could come up with. Their diagnosis was that Palin would be dead soon.
Below is an example of one such bizarre screed which I advised the writer I would publish six months from the month he advised that Palin would be dead from wasting "into nothing."
Now some might say that it serves no purpose to ridicule these deranged Immoral Minority wacko's, but one way top treat sewage is to aerate it in clean air site. At the same time exposing them to ridicule for their nonsense might, just might, help them to overcome their Palin derangement by thinking about how wrong they are with their mad predictions.
I know-fat chance of that happening.

You're an idiot not to notice the symptoms I mentioned and then call me a fool for trying to warn you how seriously ill she is. I've seen many like her who suffer from this disease, and she is so typical of all of the others. I hope you enjoy watching her waste into nothing as you continues to deny there is anything wrong with her. I'm at peace with myself for warning you, but I can't change ignorance and stupidity in someone who willfully avoids the truth. She'll be dead in 6 months without treatment, I hope you enjoy looking at her in the meantime believing nothing is wrong. If unfortunately her illness does comes down to death, what will you think of as you look back at my warning. I hope you feel guilty as hell for being too ignorant and blind that you failed to find any faults in Palin.
